Exciting EV9 news—the My Kia Expert@Home* appointment scheduler is now live in the Kia eDelivery Tool!

Launched in February 2024, My Kia Expert@Home* offers EV9 customers a personalized Delivery and follow-up features demonstration in the comfort of their home or office, in-person or virtually. In-person demonstrations are only available in participating cities. This post-sale experience supports and reinforces all your hard work in the Dealership.

The Kia eDelivery Tool appointment scheduler will help make it easier for you and your customers to schedule their My Kia Expert@Home* demonstration and may even improve your survey scores. 94% of EV9 customers who have already had their complimentary experience reported a more favorable opinion of Kia, with 95% of customers reporting that they are more likely to purchase another vehicle when this service is offered. That could mean more business for you and even better SEI scores!

Make sure to help every EV9 customer schedule their complimentary My Kia Expert@Home* experience at the end of the Kia eDelivery process on the Thank You confirmation page by selecting Schedule Appointment.

From there, customers will be able to:

  1. Confirm the appointment location (in-person or virtual).
  2. Select a time and date for their one-hour Delivery appointment up to 30 days out.
  3. Select up to six features and functions they want the My Kia Expert to cover during the appointment.
  4. Opt-in to receive SMS text messages about their appointment.
  5. Review details and confirm their appointment.
  • After confirming their appointment, customers will receive appointment details and reminders via email and SMS texts (if opted in).
  • If EV9 customers can’t schedule an appointment at Delivery, Sales Consultants can share the My Kia Expert@Home* contact information with their customers to book directly:
    • Call/Text: 844-725-6100
    • Email: Concierge@Kia-At-Home.com
  • EV9 customers can change their appointment by contacting the My Kia Expert@Home* Concierge at least 24 hours before their appointment by emailing Concierge@Kia-At-Home.com or calling/texting 310-929-0628.
  • Note: The My Kia Expert@Home* premium service is available to new EV9 owners who purchase or lease their EV9 at a participating Kia dealer. Live demonstrations of the EV9 are available nationwide—either in-person or virtually (depending on location)—through December 31, 2024.
