Following your superior Delivery of the EV9 at the time of sale, this complimentary service offers EV9 customers a highly personalized and premium live follow-up features demonstration of EV9’s advanced technologies and customizable features. Here’s the deets!

  1. Within 3-10 days after their vehicle purchase, EV9 customers will be contacted by their My Kia Expert@Home* agent.
    Note: The 3-10 days may vary depending on when the dealer RDRs the car. If the customer is on the Do Not Call/Contact List, they will not be contacted.
  2. Customers may have their My Kia Expert@Home* experience scheduled in-person or virtually (depending on their market) at their home or workplace!
  3. During the scheduled session, their My Kia Expert may:
    • Demonstrate key vehicle features, functions, and benefits
    • Address Kia Connect* and the Kia Access* app services
    • Help personalize vehicle features
    • Help troubleshoot any difficulties (they have been trained to address Important to Explain (ITE) features)

This experience will help assure each new EV9 owner loves and understands their EV9 and is excited to tell friends and family about their new vehicle.

Keep in mind that this is a supplemental program—true customer satisfaction starts with you! Explaining EV9 features and functions to your customers throughout their delivery remains critical in offering them a first-class experience in the dealership!

The KIA eDelivery Tool is your best friend for delivery of every EV9. A new flag has been added to the EV9 KIA eDelivery process as a reminder to let customers know that Kia offers this for a limited time only, free-of-charge, premium features demonstration program. Please inform your EV9 owners that someone from the My Kia Expert@Home* concierge team will reach out to them directly to schedule their in-person or virtual experience.

And, soon to come…KIA eDelivery will include a My Kia Expert@Home* “scheduler” so you can help facilitate this experience for your customers right there from your Dealership.
