You can help customers confirm or update their email address during their service visit. This small step ensures they continue to receive essential communications from Kia and your dealership, including:

  • Important feature updates
How to Update an Email in Kia Connect / Kia Access* App:
  1. Go to the Profile tab located in the lower right-hand corner of the app
  2. Select Personal Information
  3. Verify or update the Email Address field
  4. Tap the Update Personal Info
