Imagine this: A customer picks up their brand-new vehicle, thrilled to drive it home—only to find smudged windows, a dusty dashboard, or even a small scratch. That’s not the first impression you want your customer to have!

A spotless, well-prepared vehicle enhances customer satisfaction, builds trust, and increases the likelihood of repeat business and referrals.

Here’s a checklist to get the vehicle ready for Delivery:

  • Exterior & Interior Cleanliness: Wash, vacuum, and polish to perfection
  • Crystal-Clear Windows: No streaks or smudges
  • Flawless Appearance: Inspect from all angles for dents, dings, or scratches
  • Feature Functionality: Test all key vehicle features to ensure they work properly
  • Tire Pressure Check: Ensure proper inflation
  • Fuel or Charge Level: Make sure vehicle has a full tank of gas or fully charged battery for EV
  • Keys & Accessories: Confirm all key fobs and accessories are included
  • Paperwork Ready: Ensure a smooth, hassle-free handoff by having all paperwork prepared and ready
