2023 Niro EV Wave shown

This guide shows how to find the IP addresses on the MAHLE ACX2299. You must provide these to your IT Department, so they can add them to the whitelist of approved IP addresses. Otherwise, you could have issues submitting ROs. This process must be completed each time the machine is connected to a new network.

MAHLE recommends creating a dedicated network for the ACX2299, and it must be a 2.4 GHz network. If a 5 GHz network is created, it will not show up on the machine’s Wi-Fi page.

How to Find the Proper IP Addresses

1. Power on the unit. Once you are on the home screen, click the dashes in the bottom left and select “Setup.”

2. Once under “Setup,” select “Wi-Fi” (located on the left side of the screen). Make sure the machine is connected to the desired network. Then select “Connectivity Test.”

3. Under “Connectivity Test” a list of IP addresses is shown. These must be given to your IT Department to be whitelisted. Then you will select “Connection test.” The green checkmarks indicate the machine is connecting to the required servers.

Notes
  • “WWW” may show as failed when running the “Connectivity Test.” If so, please disregard this.
Still Having Issues?
  • Confirm shop information under “Shop Account.” This can be found under “Setup.” If the information is edited, select “Save” at the bottom of the “Shop Account” page.
  • Make sure the RO is “Closed and Sent.” You can check this by selecting “Service Records” on the home screen of the unit.
