After registering your customer for Kia Connect*, take a moment to show them the built-in resources in the Kia Access* app that can support them long after Delivery. These tools can help reduce confusion, prevent unnecessary service calls, and boost overall satisfaction with their vehicle.

These resources are especially useful during the first few weeks of ownership when customers are still getting familiar with their vehicle’s technology.

The Kia Access* app offers a virtual assistant that allows customers to type in keywords to find information about Kia Connect*, ADAS, and other features.

  • (7) To access the virtual assistant, select the chat box in the top-right corner of any screen.
