With the Kia Access* app, customers can access a wealth of resources right at their fingertips. During Delivery, after helping customers register for Kia Connect*, be sure to explain the resources available to them in the Kia Access* app to enhance their ownership experience.

Virtual Assistant

The Kia Access* app offers customers the ability to type in key words to find information about Kia Connect*, ADAS*, and other features.

To access the virtual assistant, select the chat box (7) in the top-right corner of any screen.
