The Kia Access* app contains all kinds of useful resources designed to empower customers to get questions answered, troubleshoot, and fully embrace their Kia vehicles.

  • Owner’s Manual, Warranty Guide, and Quick Reference Guides: Find all these essential documents by scrolling down on the Dashboard and selecting Owner Materials, then Manuals.
  • Features & Functions Videos: The Videos tab located in Owner Materials contains links to the Features & Functions videos for the customers’ model.
  • Virtual Assistant: Always ready to help, it’s conveniently located in the bottom menu bar labeled as Assistant. You can type in keywords to get instant information on topics like Kia Connect*, ADAS*, and other features.
  • More Resources: Select More in the bottom menu bar to access other resources including a tutorial for using the Kia Access* app, FAQs, and contact information for the Kia Connect* Call Center.

Take the time to explore these resources for yourself so you can confidently guide and inform your customers during Delivery or at the Service Drive.
