You may run into an issue with getting a battery warranty claim approved, as there is no repair order number (RO#) on the test.

How to input the RO# in the B2QScan App:

  1. Perform a test with the Kia Smart Battery Tester and open the complete test results
  2. Scroll down to the Test Parameters section and find Call ID/Workorder # and select it
  3. A pop-up box will appear and the RO# can be entered
  4. Select OK

The test will re-sync to the cloud to generate a test ID.
