The Kia eDelivery Tool is an intuitive tool designed to help simplify and streamline the Delivery process for both you and your customers! Not only does the Kia eDelivery Tool provide you with the vehicle’s condition and a guide through the “get ready process,” but it also centralizes access to Features & Functions videos, links to the Kia Owner’s Portal for Kia Connect^* registration and activation (if equipped), allows for electronic signatures, and much more.

As you’re using the Kia eDelivery Tool at Delivery, keep in mind that:

• It’s not intended to take the place of your in-person Delivery with the customer.
• The Features & Functions section is intended as an aid—not as a replacement—for explaining Difficult to Use (DTU) or Hard to Understand (HTO) features to your customers.
• Some images, content, and depictions used in the Kia eDelivery Tool are representative to the model and are not VIN-specific.
