To ensure our 2024 Carnival customers are satisfied with their new vehicle, we must explain how to operate the Smart Power Liftgate with Auto Close (if equipped). Smart Power Liftgate Operation Highlights:

1. If the Smart Power Liftgate feature is selected in the vehicle settings, the liftgate will open automatically as you approach with the Smart Key.
2. If the Liftgate Auto Close feature is selected in the vehicle settings, walking away with the Smart Key will initiate Auto Close.
3. You can stop the liftgate from opening or closing at any time by pressing any button on the Smart Key.
