Kia VTAP

To help increase retailer service capacity and productivity, Kia America, Inc. (KUS) has launched the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP).

This program connects Kia retailers with former Military Technicians who are ready to embark on rewarding careers as Kia Retailer Technicians.

These prospects are transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and members of the National Guard and Reserve with three to five years (or more) of automotive, aviation, and other technical experience gained during their military service to our country.

KUS has engaged Educational Resource Systems, Inc. (ERS) to recruit, train, and place top-performing applicants with Kia retailers who enroll in the program.
