Using the Kia Connect* Availability Tool
To use the tool, navigate to the Kia conectar* Availability page on the Kia Owner’s Portal.
Check by Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Enter the VIN in the text box under “Enter VIN.”
- Note: You can find the VIN in the following locations:
- On the VIN plate on the lower, driver’s side corner of the windshield
- On a sticker inside the driver’s side doorjamb
- On most vehicle registration (post-Delivery)
- On most automobile insurance cards (post-Delivery)
