To access, look for the eDelivery icon on KDealer.com—you’ll find it under “View All”—and add it to your Favorites!

  • Providing a delivery roadmap to ensure no steps are missed, helping to realize a perfect, problem-free Delivery.
  • Streamlining the Kia Connect* enrollment process, allowing customers to register without the hassle of entering in-vehicle verification codes on the head unit.
  • Capturing customer signatures electronically.
  • Presenting Feature & Functions videos so customers can get familiar with their new vehicle and its key features while they wait, ensuring not a single moment of their time is wasted.
  • Allowing customers to give feedback on their Delivery experience while they are still in the dealership, letting you address any points of concern in real-time.

Studies also show that customers trust information presented on a tablet and are usually impressed by dealerships that use tablets during the Delivery process. This can lead to a better customer experience, resulting in higher purchase rates of F&I and accessory products.
