Updating Kia Connect^* Email and Communication Preferences

To make sure they receive important updates about these features, customers need to keep their email address current in Kia Connect^*.

You can help customers confirm or update their email address during their service visit. This small step ensures they continue to receive essential communications from Kia and your dealership, including:

• Service action campaigns
• Important feature updates

How to Update an Email in Kia Connect / Kia Access^* App:

1. Go to the Profile tab located in the lower right-hand corner of the app
2. Seleccionar Personal Information
3. Verify or update the Dirección de correo electrónico field
4. Tap the Update Personal Info
