Here’s a quick guide to help you assist customers in confirming or updating their email addresses within Kia Connect^*:

Update email in Kia Access^* App:

• Go to the More tab located in the lower right-hand corner of the app
• Seleccionar Settings
• Seleccionar Personal Information
• Verify or update the email address field
• Tap the Update Personal Info button

By ensuring their email address is accurate, customers will receive essential information from Kia and the dealership, including special programs, promotions, and service action campaigns. This simple step ensures they stay informed and connected, enhancing their overall Kia ownership experience.
