Luckily, EV9 has just the thing to help: Utility Mode! Whenever customers plan to charge up their devices in Accessory position, be sure they flip on Utility Mode via vehicle settings. And be sure your customers know to use the cables provided by the manufacturer as third-party cables may not work properly.
