2024 Kia Skill National Cup Qualifying Test is Open!

KIA MASTER TECHNICIANS: Take the Kia Skill National Cup Qualifying Test for your chance to join an elite group of Kia technicians!

The Kia Skill National Cup provides you with the opportunity to push boundaries and chase excellence. This hosted trip not only includes a skills competition, but also the opportunity to experience Southern California and be celebrated and recognized by Kia. Skill Cup is a proud Kia tradition. We have held both National and World Cup every two years since 2002!

The first step is to take the 50-question qualifying test on www.KiaUniversity.com. Based on test scores, exceeding customer expectations as measured by Fixed Right First Time (FRFT), and confirmation you are 2023 Kia University Master Certified, we will select three technicians from each Region to compete in National Cup. (Technicians who have previously won a World Cup medal are not eligible.)

The top two National Cup finalists will represent Kia America, Inc. and your dealership in the 2024 World Cup in South Korea. Kia will pay Team USA’s air fare, lodging, and meals.

Important Dates:

• Qualifying Test – February 20-27, 2024
• National Cup – April 9-12, 2024 (Irvine)
• World Cup – May 21-24, 2024 (South Korea)
