Maintenance-Level and Professional-Level Certification

For Maintenance- and Professional-Level Certification, you only need to complete the required web-based courses on KiaUniversity.com. The deadline is December 31, 2023, so don’t wait until it’s too late! If you’ve already completed your requirements, thank you for leading the charge. We appreciate your commitment to professional development and to your profession.

Service Technical Training Levels

Service Technical Certification displays the certification levels and your progress toward achieving each level. Note that the curriculum progress gauge is based on current courses. Additional courses are added to certification throughout the year. Clicking “View Details” displays the curriculum (courses) required to complete the level you selected.
The status of each course is displayed (Approved, Registered, In Progress, Completed, Completed Equivalent). Selecting the “Launch” button next to a web course title opens that course.
