Make Sure You Can Receive KU Emails!

It is important for Technicians and Managers to receive emails from Kia University. If Kia University emails are blocked, you may miss out on enrollment confirmation and forget to attend class, which can lead to a no-show fee.

All emails related to instructor-led courses come from a Kia University Cornerstone account with a “noreply” address. Therefore, these emails can get marked as spam and will not show up in your inbox. To prevent emails from going directly to the users’ junk mailbox, dealerships should add the following keywords to the safe sender list:

• KU@kiausa.com
• Cornerstone
• CSOD

For dealerships with a robust filtering system, please whitelist the following Cornerstone email servers:

• ues1.mx.csod.com / 35.80.141.6 (US)
• ues2.mx.csod.com / 44.229.121.55 (US)
