Delivering unforgettable experiences has a significant impact on our customers’ impression of the Kia brand. One of those experiences is delivering your customers’ new vehicles in pristine condition. Follow these tips during every delivery to leave a lasting impression.

Check Exterior Paint and Trim

  • Ensure there are no exterior scratches, scrapes, or dings. Thoroughly check all surfaces under plenty of light, especially bumper surfaces.

Confirm Vehicle Cleanliness

  • Confirm there are no dirt or scuff marks on the door trim panels, instrument panel, console, or seats/seatbacks.
  • Clean all glass surfaces (inside and outside) thoroughly and confirm they are streak free.

Confirm Tire Pressure Settings

  • The tires must be set to the correct specifications to ensure the best overall driving experience for the customer. You can find the ideal pressure (PSI) listed in the door jamb.
  • Tire pressures set above the recommended settings can degrade ride comfort. Low tire pressure can cause the Tire Pressure Monitoring System* (TPMS) warning light to illuminate.

As for our dealer inventory storage process, keep in mind that it includes setting tire pressures much higher than the ideal pressure to help prevent tire flat spotting while stored in inventory.

Thank you for your continued support of IQS* and commitment to “Deliver your Best”!

Sincerely,
