A vehicle delivered dirty and damaged can lead to less repeat and referral business.

To ensure every vehicle is delivered in perfect condition, remember to check the following:

  • Vehicle has been washed and vacuumed
  • Windows are clean – both streak and residue-free
  • No dents, dings, or scratches – check the vehicle from all sides
  • Functionality of all the features are working properly
  • Good tire pressure
  • Fuel tank is filled up/EV battery is fully charged
  • All keys and remotes are present
  • All forms are prepared

The Kia eDelivery Tool will also guide Sales Consultants through the pre-delivery checklist to help ensure vehicles are in perfect condition. It is important to address each Kia eDelivery Tool checklist item while walking around the vehicle with your customer, giving them time to confirm each item is completed. When finished, have the customer select the “Accept” button on the tablet screen.

Performing a thorough inspection of the vehicle to make sure it’s in perfect condition for the customer will increase the chances of you receiving repeat and referral business.
