The 6-point Walkaround is intended to help you efficiently present the vehicle to the customer. Based on your understanding of the customer’s needs, highlight the features and functions important to them in these six areas:
- Front End
- Under the Hood
- Driver’s Side
- Rear
- Rear Passenger
- Front Passenger

Electric Vehicle (EV) customers are especially tech-savvy and often have done their research, so be sure to complete all product training courses. When you deliver an EV, we strongly recommend that you demonstrate charging during the walkaround.
