KU Learning Planner

By now you have seen the 2023 Technical Certification tab in your Kia University (KU) Learning Planner. This is where you view and plan your training. If you have unfinished training for any of the certification levels (Maintenance, Professional, Senior, and Master), this is where you will find it. In the screenshot below, you can see the 2023 Service Technical Certification listed first.

Once you’ve completed everything listed in the Certification, the tab disappears from your Planner. The screenshot below shows it automatically being removed.

Visit Your KU Learning Planner Regularly

Periodically, KU will add items to Certification, such as the semi-annual 1st Half and 2nd Half Update Courses. When this happens, Certification will reappear in your Planner to remind you. This is why it is important to come back to your planner regularly. Don’t let certification slip by—you could be leaving money on the table at the end of the year!
