When you demonstrate how to use the Digital Key 2 Touch* and Card Key (if equipped), you’ll empower customers with an alternate, convenient way to access and drive their Kia vehicle. Kia Digital Key 2 Touch* Requirements Equipped trim of Telluride or Niro EV/Hybrid/Plug-In Hybrid (2023 and newer) or Seltos (2024)A compatible smartphone or smartwatch with NFC enabled and an active data planFind out if a device is compatible hereAn active Kia Connect* subscription Kia Digital Key 2 Touch* & Card Key Setup Procedure Digital Key The customer must have a key fob inside the vehicle and the Kia Access* app installed on their smartphone and registered to their vehicle for setup. In the Kia Access* app: Select Digital Key from the home screenSelect Create Owner Key in the Digital Key Status screenSelect Continue to Wallet App On the vehicle’s infotainment screen: From the home screen, select Setup, then VehicleScroll down on left-hand menu, select Digital Key > Smartphone Key > My Smartphone KeySelect Save On the smartphone device: Select Continue in the wallet app (Apple®* Wallet or Samsung* Pass) In the vehicle: Place the smartphone on the wireless charging pad*The smartphone will pair with the vehicle Card Key Setting up a Card Key is similar to setting up a smartphone.
