The Kia Connect* Availability Tool benefits you and your customers. Customers can determine whether their vehicle has Kia Connect* and quickly see the feature highlights and descriptions.

Benefits of Kia Connect* Availability Tool:

  • Can help keep your customer experience (SEI) score high: During delivery, this tool can help you clearly present the Kia Connect* system and its exciting feature highlights. You should also demonstrate how these features work to help receive positive results on your SEI score. If the customer needs a refresh, they can easily use this tool to access the information.
  • Helps the customer navigate their Kia Connect* system: If customers need additional guidance, there are resources in the Questions section on setting up Kia Connect*, comparing Kia Connect* packages, troubleshooting, the Kia Access* App Quick Guide, and FAQs.

How to use the Kia Connect* Availability Tool:

Year/Model/Trim

Complete the steps below to input the Year/Model/Trim:

  1. Navigate to the Kia Connect Availability page on the Kia Owner’s Portal
  2. Choose the “Year,” “Model,” and “Trim” from their respective dropdown menus
  3. Click “Search”

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Complete the steps below to enter the Kia’s VIN:

  1. Navigate to the Kia Connect Availability page on the Kia Owner’s Portal
  2. Click the “VIN” button
  3. Enter the VIN in the text box labeled “VIN”
  4. Click “Search”

The VIN can be found in a few places:

  • On the VIN plate on the lower, driver’s side corner of the windshield
  • On a sticker inside the driver’s side doorjamb
  • On the vehicle registration (post-delivery)
  • On the automobile insurance card (post-delivery)
