With all the technology in new Kia vehicles, following up after delivery is more important than ever. Contacting the customer after Delivery is an opportunity to ensure the customer fully understands how to operate the features of their new vehicle. Following up with customers after Delivery gives you a chance to:

  • Answer any of their questions
  • Re-deliver the vehicle if necessary
  • Ask them for referrals

Offer to schedule a second delivery (or re-delivery) to explain any new features they may now have questions about.

You can also direct customers to the Kia Features & Functions Videos YouTubeTM* channel to easily learn more about their vehicle.

Once you have followed up with your customer, answered their questions, and offered a re-delivery, you can ask them for referrals. Customers will be more than happy to refer you to friends and family, knowing you have ensured they are completely satisfied with their new vehicle.
