KIA P2M Posts Favorite Remote Start* Not Available on Forte GT MT Simulated screen shown The Forte (BDm) GT offers a fun-to-drive Manual Transmission (MT) option that some customers may prefer. However, when equipped with the MT, Remote Start* via Kia Connect* (formerly UVO link*) is not available. In the Kia Access* app or Owner’s Portal, Forte GT MT customers will find that the feature is not enabled, as pictured. However, all other Kia Connect* services will still be available to them, such as Remote* Door Lock/Unlock, Connected Navigation*, and Voice Assist.
